Description

Micromed Vet Diferion are antibacterial eye drops for animals, based on colloidal silver, hyaluronic acid, and eyebright. The product soothes dry, irritated eyes, supports hydration and tear film stabilization, and helps prevent and alleviate inflammatory symptoms. The product is effective for conjunctivitis, keratitis, red eyes, dry eyes, and bacterial diseases, including staphylococcal infections. The product can be used daily, preventatively, or as part of a treatment regimen recommended by a veterinarian. It contains no chemical additives.

Product characteristics

The product exhibits antibacterial properties thanks to the presence of colloidal silver, which, according to the manufacturer, deprives bacteria of their ability to survive by blocking the enzymes responsible for their metabolism. Colloidal silver is effective against bacteria, fungi, viruses, and other pathogenic organisms, and is also effective against streptococci and staphylococci. Hyaluronic acid, naturally occurring in the eye, binds large amounts of water, stabilizes the tear film, reduces tear evaporation, and protects the eye's surface, demonstrating viscoelastic properties that reduce eyelid friction. Hyaluronic acid adheres to the tissue surface, promoting healing and reducing the need for frequent application. Eyebright exhibits protective properties and supports the regeneration of minor corneal and conjunctival injuries. According to the manufacturer, the product achieves very good results in the treatment of conjunctivitis, bacterial diseases, and staphylococcal infections. The product contains no chemical additives.

Product use

Depending on the type of condition, apply one drop to the eye two to three times daily. For prevention, apply one drop once daily to each eye. Additional cleansing of the eye area with a Micromed eye cleaner is recommended.
