Modafen Cold and Flu, 12 tablets, Sanofi

Modafen belongs to the group of nasal decongestants for systemic, symptomatic and combined use, used to relieve the unpleasant symptoms of colds and flu, such as nasal and sinus congestion, headaches, fever, sore throat and muscle and joint pain.

Contains ibuprofen, which is effective in relieving pain (analgesic), inflammation (anti-inflammatory) and lowering temperature in cases of fever (antipyretic).

The other active ingredient, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, reduces swelling of the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract (decongestant), reducing fever and pain associated with colds and flu.

Ingredients:

The active ingredients are ibuprofen 200 mg and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg.

How to use:

• Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age (≥ 40 kg): The initial dose is 1-2 film-coated tablets; Subsequently, if necessary, additional doses of 1-2 film-coated tablets can be administered every 4-6 hours
• Always take this medicine exactly as directed in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions
• A maximum daily dose of 6 film-coated tablets (1200 mg ibuprofen)
• The interval between doses should be determined according to the symptoms observed and the maximum recommended daily dose.
