Lavender promotes normal mood, relaxation and sleep in cases of stress, digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.

Ingredients
Lavender (Lavandula officinalis or angustifolia) flowering tops OE

OE = Essential oil (Aetheroleum).

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 drops of essential oil per day, diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking).
External use is possible for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops to aroma diffusers.

2 drops on average contain 87 mg of lavender essential oil.
Close carefully after use.
