Properties of ingredients

Carbohydrates - help maintain proper brain function.
Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamins B6, B12 and C and iodine - contribute to maintaining normal energy metabolism.
Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6, B12 and C - contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin D - helps in the proper functioning of muscles and maintaining healthy bones.
Chromium - helps maintain normal blood glucose levels.
Vitamins C and E - help protect cells against oxidative stress.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 50 g (1 scoop) daily. Dissolve in 100 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before or immediately after training.
