Dosage

Olonea Sferevit Fier & C is ideal for:

• 1 capsule 1-2 times a day or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Recommended dosage

• 1 capsule once a day.
• To be taken with a meal, along with water

Iron bisglycinate

• Does not cause constipation or stomach discomfort
• Easily absorbable form of iron, as it is not hindered by the presence of other nutrients such as calcium and can be taken regardless of meals (e.g. dairy products)
• High storage rate in the body compared to other forms of iron, with immediate and visible results in important indicators such as ferritin and hemoglobin
• Vitamin C in slow-release granules
• Gradual release of small, absorbable amounts of vitamin C by the body, for up to 12 hours
• Improves the absorption rate of iron obtained from food
• Antioxidant action, reducing oxidative stress
