How to use
Dissolve in a glass of water (50-100 ml) or directly in the mouth if you prefer.
Always use a clean, dry teaspoon.
12-18 years: one level teaspoon (2 g) daily.
Adults 18 years and older: Up to two level teaspoons (4 g) daily as needed.
