Take 1 “BOOST” tablet in the morning and 1 “SLEEP” tablet in the evening, approximately one hour before bedtime, with a glass of water.
The cure is followed for 10 days and can be repeated if necessary.

300 mg aqueous extract of Rhodiola root (Rhodiola rosea L.), 56.25 mg Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid), 0.94 mg Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) – 85% of the NRV*.

300 mg extract of aerial parts of Melissa officinalis, 200 mg extract of aerial parts of Californian poppy (Eschscholzia californica), 57.5 mg Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid), 10 mg extract of aerial parts of Galium odoratum, 1.19 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 85% of the NRV*.
Excipients: thickening agent - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, coating agent - hydroxypropylcellulose, modified starch, talc, fatty acids and glycerol of vegetable origin, anti-caking agent - ascorbyl palmitate.
