Senna leaves (Senna alexandrina Mill.) 45%, fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), sea buckthorn bark (Frangula alnus Mill.), mallow leaves (Malva sylvestris L.), chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita L.).

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to a boil. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and stir well. Cover the container to prevent the more volatile substances from dispersing.
Simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Let steep for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then strain. Add sugar or honey, if desired.
We recommend a cup of herbal tea, preferably in the evening, before bed, when you feel the need.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
The indicated expiration date refers to the product in intact packaging and stored correctly.
