How to use
The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets, as needed, at the beginning of main meals or when consuming foods containing lactose or indigestible carbohydrates. The amount to be taken depends on the type of diet.
The tablet can be taken with water or other liquid, chewed or dissolved in the mouth.
