Recommended intake of Sinuses Express:

Before first use, press the dispenser several times to fill it with liquid.

Place the applicator into your nostril and press to spray into each nostril.

In children over 3 years of age, it is recommended to use 1 dose in each nostril 3 to 4 times a day; in adults, 2 doses in each nostril 4 to 5 times a day.

This product is intended for children and adults. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use.
