Atrauman Ag is impregnated with neutral ointment without petroleum jelly or other paraffin additives; permeable to exudate.
The dressing is very soft and flexible, does not adhere to the surface of the wound, being effective even for long-term use, does not favor sensitivity or allergy and ensures an antibacterial effect that lasts up to 7 days.
