Instructions for use

It is recommended to dissolve 2 measuring spoons (1.85 g each) in a glass of water (250 ml) and drink immediately each morning and evening for the first three days. From the fourth day onwards, you should reduce the dosage to 2 measuring spoons once a day, preferably in the evening.
