Adults:

Take 5 to 10 ml dissolved in water.

Children aged 3 to 12 years:

Take 2.5 to 5 ml dissolved in water.

General instructions:

To be consumed on an empty stomach, before breakfast.
Shake the product well before each use.
Store in the refrigerator (maximum 2 months after opening), inside the box, on the energy plate.
