Vitamin C deficiency reduces resistance to infections, causes fatigue, gingivitis and hemorrhages. The risk factors for vitamin C deficiency are: smoking, exposure to pollution, caffeine consumption, stress and age (over 55 years). Low resistance to infections, lack of energy, bleeding gums, nosebleeds and rapid bruising are signs of vitamin C deficiency.

Indications:
- contributes to maintaining the normal functioning of the immune system during intense physical exercises and after them, under the conditions of a daily consumption of 200 mg, in addition to the recommended daily intake;
- contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of blood vessels, the bone system, ligaments, teeth and gums.
