Bulking agent: sunflower oil; coating agent: gelatin; echinacea flower extract (Echinacea purpurea); coating agent: glycerin; royal jelly; zinc gluconate; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; stabilizer: diglycerides of fatty acids; reishi extract; shiitake extract; stabilizer: yellow wax; colorants: red iron oxide and titanium dioxide.

Per Capsule:

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid): 40 mg

Royal Jelly: 200 mg

Zinc: 7.5 mg

Echinacea (ext): 100 mg

Reishi (ext): 25 mg

Shiitake: 25 mg

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning with breakfast.
