Diasip with vanilla or strawberry flavor is a complete nutritional formula, enriched with fiber. Special formula for nutritional support of diabetics.
Nutricia - Diasip x 200 ml is specially designed to cover the nutritional needs of diabetics, without altering postprandial blood sugar levels thanks to special ingredients with a low glycemic index (GI).
Nutricia Diasip x 200ml is a complete nutritional formula with a low glycemic index, intended for diabetics and designed to:
1. provide optimal nutritional support
2. improve postprandial glycemic levels
3. not to increase lipid levels
It does not contain gluten.
In patients with diabetes or hyperglycemia who cannot eat enough and properly with a regular diet
Diasip is recommended as enteral nutrition for diabetics with a fully or partially functional intestinal tract.
Diasip is not administered parenterally.

Therapeutic indications for Nutricia - Diasip x 200 ml:
Diasip is recommended for patients with hyperglycemia and a functional intestinal tract who cannot or do not want to consume the recommended diet to cover their daily nutritional needs.
Diasip is recommended for patients with diabetes (type 1 and type 2) and hyperglycemia - elderly diabetic patients, to prevent weight loss and improve their quality of life.
Diasip is recommended for immobile, anorexic diabetic patients, with trauma, infections or postoperatively, who are at high risk of malnutrition.

Recommended dose:
1-3 bottles per day as a nutritional supplement
7-10 bottles per day as the sole source of nutrition.

Recommendations:
Store in a dry and cool place.
Stir vigorously before consuming.
Diasip is ready-made and is recommended to be consumed cold. After opening, it can be kept closed in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.
The product is UHT sterilized.
Important information:
Diasip should be used under medical supervision.
It can be used as the sole source of nutrition.
Not recommended for infants and children under 3 years of age.
It should be recommended with caution to children between 3-6 years old.
Not recommended for patients requiring fiber-free diets or patients with galactosemia and fructosemia.
