How to use:

For adults only, 2-3 cups/day

Place 1-2 tea bags in a cup, add 200 ml of hot water and leave covered for 2-3 minutes to infuse; drink lukewarm.

By proceeding in this way, the same sachet can be infused two more times on the same day.

Precautions:

Do not exceed the dose of 6 sachets per day.

It is not recommended to take after 5 pm.

Do not administer during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Preferably consume before the expiration date written at the bottom of the label.

Keep out of reach and sight of small children.
