Slimming tea, 4x50 g, Naturavit

Slimming tea is an effective element in the weight loss process.

Ingredients:

Senna, mint and black tea leaves (Cassia angustifolia, Mentha piperita, Camellia sinensis), Hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Goldenrod (Solidago virga-aurea), Lovage root (Levisticum officinale).

Preparation method:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon and leave for 5-8 minutes.

Method of administration:

2 cups per day, morning and evening, unsweetened and not associated with food

If the laxative effect is too intense, reduce the dose to 1 cup per day or 2 days, in the evening, depending on the person's digestive tolerance.

A course of treatment longer than 4 weeks is not recommended.
