Properties:
Vitamin K2 is essential for strong bones and healthy arteries, veins and heart.
Vitamin K is actually made up of two components: vitamin K1 and vitamin K2.
Calcium is necessary for a strong bone structure, but the body cannot use calcium in the absence of Vitamin K2.
Vitamin K2 is vital in maintaining a strong bone structure due to the fact that Vitamin K2 activates a special protein called osteocalcin, essential in taking up and depositing calcium where it is needed.
