Magnesium bisglycinate belongs to the category of chelated salts and its intestinal absorption is much higher and faster.

• Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones, teeth, reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, normal functioning of the nervous and muscular system, maintenance of mental health, electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, normal protein synthesis, the process of cell division
• Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus, maintenance of healthy bones, muscles, immune system, teeth and participates in the process of cell division

Composition (650 mg):

Active ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate chelate – 285 mg (Mg 57 mg), cholecalciferol (100,000 I.U./1g) – 40 mg (vitamin D3 100 mcg), menaquinone-7 1% – 7.5 mg (vitamin K2 75 mcg), pyridoxine hydrochloride -1.4 mg (vitamin B6 1.15 mcg), poppy/Rosa canina dry extract - 18 mg (vitamin C 12.6 mg), inactive ingredients: filler: pregelatinized corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, talc; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; hardening agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone.

How to use:

Adults: 1 tablet per day 2 hours after the morning meal.
