The medicine loosens thick (viscous) mucus in all respiratory diseases, which cannot be removed sufficiently or at all naturally (by coughing, blowing your nose).

Contains plant extracts:

• Primrose and primrose extract, which have anti-inflammatory effects
• Elderberry extract, which reduces swelling of the mucous membrane and, together with the secretolytic effect of the plant substances it contains, has a beneficial effect on its regeneration
• Makes coughing and "sniffing" easier

The drug is used for acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses and respiratory tract, as well as supportive treatment for antibacterial therapy. It can be used long-term.

Dosage and dosing schedules:

• Adults: 50 drops 3 times a day.
• School-age children: 25 drops 3 times a day.
• Preschool children: 15 drops 3 times a day.
• Use in children under 2 years of age is not recommended.

In special cases, it is possible to double the dose without risk. The drug can be used long-term.

How to use

The medicine should be taken undiluted and washed down with sufficient water or, in children, it can be given together with tea or juice. Shake before use.

The drug can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding if the dosage is observed and on the recommendation of a doctor. Plant extracts tend to form turbidity over time, which does not affect the effectiveness of the drug. The drug contains ethanol.

Side effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. In rare cases, stomach upset and allergic reactions (rash, dyspnoea - shortness of breath) may occur.
