Bixtonim Xylo Drops for Adults, 10 ml, Biofarm

Bixtonim is a topical nasal decongestant containing ephedrine hydrochloride, hydrocortisone, and naphazoline hydrochloride and is intended for adults, adolescents, and children over 3 years of age.

Bixtonim is used for acute and subacute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and postoperative edema of the nasal mucosa.

Composition:

• The active ingredient is xylometazoline hydrochloride. One milliliter of nasal spray solution contains 1 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride
• One milliliter of nasal spray solution drops contains 5 mg of ephedrine hydrochloride, 0.2 mg of hydrocortisone, and 1 mg of naphazoline hydrochloride.

Contraindications:

Do not use Bixtonim if you are allergic to ephedrine hydrochloride, hydrocortisone, naphazoline hydrochloride, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and fertility

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you might be pregnant, or plan to become pregnant, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
• There are insufficient data on the use of Bixtonim in pregnant or breastfeeding women
• Bixtonim is not recommended during pregnancy or in women who are breastfeeding.

Driving and using machines

• Bixtonim does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.
