The original Mumio from Upper Altai takes the form of a black mass with an intense, heavy smell and a bitter taste, which resembles a mixture of resin and tar. It is obtained from the cavities in the mountain rocks and from the cracks from which it flows naturally. Mumio consists of inorganic and organic active compounds often mixed with sand and gravel. So, in order to prepare Mumio for consumption, it must be purified under low temperature conditions so that it does not lose its properties (in the case of our product, the purification takes place at a temperature of 26 degrees Celsius).

Mumio or Shilajit contains, among other things: 14-20% water and 18-20% minerals. It contains valuable humins, humic and fulvic acids, as well as vitamins and minerals. Fulvic acid is one of the main compounds responsible for the unique properties of mummy.

Mumio has a very wide range of applications, both internal and external. Among other things, during:

viral and bacterial infections of various origins,
regeneration of bones after fractures and cartilage tissue,
healing open wounds,
neutralization of pathogenic cells,
mineral balance in the body.

Many studies on alternative treatment methods and traditional medicine point to mumio properties as an important factor in the processes:

antioxidant - mainly fulvic acid plays this role;
anti-inflammatory - mumio has a regulatory effect on enzymatic and non-enzymatic activity;
antidiabetic - using Mumio can normalize blood sugar levels;
anti-ulcer - can reduce gastric acid secretion;

How to use: Once a day, dissolve ½ measuring cup (250 mg) in 50 ml of milk, juice or water and drink before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions: The food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for maintaining health.

Side effects: No side effects associated with the use of mumio at recommended doses have been reported. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should contact their doctor before taking mumio, as its effects on the fetus and infants have not been studied.
