Properties:

Way of ussage:
Shake well before applying to areas with muscle pain (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, ankles, etc.) 3 times a day. The roller is ideal for massaging painful areas to relax the muscles. More product can be applied and continue with a hand massage. Wash hands after use.
