Description

Use

The consumption of the herbal drink is recommended for its gentle effect on the digestive system. Alchemilka is a plant especially suitable for the female body, it helps during menopause and to regulate the menstrual cycle. Induces optimal relaxation and healthy sleep.

Preparation and dosage

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and leave for 15 min. infuse. Maximum 2 cups per day.

Yellow-green alchemilla - primrose (Herba alchemillae)
