Mode of administration:
Children over 6 years old - 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.
Adults - 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.

Active ingredients:
5-8:1 extract of aerial parts and roots of Ashwagandha / Indian Ginseng (Withania somnifera), standardized with 7% withanolides and 1% alkaloids - 400 mg.
Black pepper (Piper nigrum) standardized with 5% piperine - 10 mg.
