I have been using Bach flower remedies for a very long time. In my opinion and from my direct experience they are very effective for the emotions for which they were created. It is necessary to identify the emotions that cause me problems and then find the right remedy (or there are specialists who help at this stage).

Folosesc remedii florale Bach de foarte multa vreme. Dupa parerea mea si din experienta mea directa sunt foarte eficace in cazul emotiilor pentru care au fost create. De variantele chimice nu m-am apropiat si nici nu doresc. Acestea pe baza de flori sunt foarte eficace. Recomand cu mare incredere aceasta cale naturala de stapanire a emotiilor.
