Nutritional supplement with L-methionine and biotin

For soft, strong hair and glowing skin. The food supplement contains a daily dose (1 capsule) of a combination of 50 μg of biotin and 500 mg of the essential amino acid L-methionine. This amino acid is a natural part of the keratin building protein. It serves as the building block of hair and nails.

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair. In addition, biotin also contributes to the correct metabolism important for energy production, good functioning of the nervous system and good functioning of the psyche.
