BENZOIN, balsamic extract (styrax benzoin, dipropylene glycol)

The benefits of benzoin balsamic extract are attributed to its anti-depressant, deodorant, disinfectant and relaxing properties. It improves mood, stimulates the heartbeat and improves circulation. It relieves anxiety, tension, nervousness and stress.

It can be used by adults for scalp psoriasis by adding 5 drops of benzoin balsamic extract to a mild shampoo and using as usual, shaking well before each use.
To relieve pain, inflammation and improve circulation, massage the body with a mixture consisting of 30 ml of grapeseed oil or other vegetable oil, 2 drops of rose essential oil, 2 drops of balsamic benzoin extract, 3 drops of oil frankincense essential and 5 drops of bergamot essential oil.

Important data for the safe use of the product:
- essential oil is a product that is not used as such on the skin, but only diluted in a vegetable oil or butter or as an ingredient in various cosmetic or aromatherapeutic preparations.
- carry out a test prior to using the product, in the crease of the elbow, at least 24 hours before application;
- to avoid use by hypertensive people, by pregnant or breastfeeding women;
- the usual dosage in cosmetic preparations is 0.5-2%.
- keep tightly closed and keep out of reach of children.
- do not swallow. If swallowed by mistake, rinse the mouth thoroughly with milk and then drink a large glass of milk and seek immediate medical attention.
- do not get into the eyes or mucous membranes. If it gets into the eyes or a mucous membrane, rinse the area well with a sufficient amount of milk and seek the help of a specialized medical professional.
- if irritation/itching/discomfort occurs after applying a product containing essential oil to the skin, immediately apply a vegetable oil to the area in question to dilute the concentration of essential oil.

Storage:
since the essential oil does not contain fatty acids, it is not susceptible to oxidation (rancidity) like vegetable oils and butters, but additional measures must be taken to protect it from the degenerative effects of light, heat and air. Thus, it should be kept in a dark glass container, away from any heat source. If it will be stored in proper conditions, the essential oil will maintain its qualities for a long time.
