Bi Fix fruit infusion is a tea prepared from dried hibiscus flowers. Hibiscus, or more precisely the Sudan mallow flower, is a plant, also known as hibiscus, which has very beautiful, characteristic flowers. The infusion from this plant has a pleasant, sour taste and a beautiful red color.
Due to its slightly sour taste, hibiscus infusion is perfect for hot summer days. To enjoy its taste, cool the infusion and then add mint leaves, a few ice cubes and, optionally, sugar to taste. The drink prepared in this way is extremely refreshing.
