Baule Volante unfiltered apple vinegar is a vinegar with a pleasant fruity taste: it is obtained from apple juice left to ferment naturally and then processed according to ancient techniques.
Features:

- It contains the beneficial sediment (called "mother"), a fundamental component to enhance the flavor of the vinegar;
- Sediment apple cider vinegar has a sweet and sour taste and is obtained from the fermentation of apple cider;

- The fruit, the apple, is rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, B vitamins, potassium and minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus;
- It is not pasteurized or filtered; it is a natural product that contains yeast, a precious component that releases all its vitality in vinegar.
How to use:
- It can be used to season salads, vegetables or white meat.
- Internal consumption: Diluted in water, it can become a pleasant refreshing drink. 1 spoon in a glass in which you can add honey to taste.
- External use : For a rebalancing effect on the skin, add water and vinegar in equal parts, refrigerate and then apply to the face with a cotton pad.
