9 strains of living microorganisms in high daily dose - 20 billion CFU: Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactococcus p lactis. Lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus.
Use: The preparation is usually taken in the amount of 1 capsule 1-2 times a day during the meal. The capsules are swallowed whole and washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid.
