Dosage and method of use

How to use: Children from 12 years old and adults dissolve the contents of the bag in 200 ml of water (up to 30 °C). It is best to drink between meals, at the latest right before a meal. A deposit of probiotics can naturally form in the solution. It is recommended to mix the contents of the sachet well and drink immediately.

Warning

It is recommended exclusively for people who want to maintain a normal blood cholesterol level. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols. Patients taking cholesterol-lowering medications should consume the product only under medical supervision. May not be nutritionally adequate for pregnant or lactating women and children under 12 years of age.

The consumption of more than 3 g of added plant sterols per day should be avoided.
