Do you feel like strong coffee?
If you're looking for exceptionally strong and refreshing coffee , don't hesitate, you've found it. Of the entire Cafédirect range, this coffee contains the highest proportion of Robusta (40%) and therefore the highest proportion of caffeine (of which Robusta naturally contains more than Arabica).
In the lever espresso machine, this fine blend evokes an incredible aroma and a truly rich foam , through which even a sugar cube will slowly fall.
The coffee cherries for this coffee are hand-picked by farmers in small cooperatives in Nicaragua, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Tanzania, Uganda and Costa Rica at the exact moment when they are perfectly ripe. COOCAFÉ, Más Café, CESMACH, Huatusco, PRODECOOP, CECOCAFEN, CECOVASA, COCLA, CAC San Juan Del Oro, CAC Bagua Grande, APROCASSI, CAC Frontera de San Ignacio, CAC La Prosperidad de Chirinos, Pangoa, Cepicafe, KCU and KDCU.
Coffee beans are obtained from cherries by washing them in spring water (called " washed "). The entire process of growing, harvesting and processing is done by hand and meets high quality standards so you can enjoy great coffee.
Strong roasting in this case completely suppresses the natural acidity of the Arabica. It is an excellent strong espresso , with notes of tobacco and notes of dark chocolate , which is perfectly suited for the preparation of a true Italian-style Espresso or Ristretto .
An example for all
Co-operativa Agraria Cafetalera (CAC) Bagua Grande is one of the smallest companies supplying Cafédirect Espresso coffee beans. It brings together only 712 farmers from the Amazon region of northern Peru, 1,500 km from the capital Lima. The cooperative has been cooperating with Cafédirect since 1998.
In the image to the right you can see the specially trained quality controllers who carefully check each delivery of coffee beans to ensure the highest quality. Only the best beans then go to Cafédirect for processing.
Cafédirect returns more than 50% of profits directly to cooperatives. Through this, cooperatives train farmers in quality control, natural resource management, coffee taste testing, proper harvesting, coffee farm management, and coffee plantation restoration to ensure high-quality, sustainable coffee . Due to its strong and refreshing taste , Cafédirect Espresso is one of the most popular coffees.
