The result obtained is precise and has been clinically proven. It is also immediately interpreted by the device using the display color:
- green backlight means temperature below 37.5°C;
- yellow is subfebrile (from 37.5°C to 38.0°C);
- red color means fever (ie temperature above 38.0°C).
