Package very well packed, all paperwork inside, have some problems with sameday courier picking up the parcel. It took 24 hours for the courier to pick up the parcel even though the awb was in the system, and they kept it another 24 hours in their warehouse before delivering. I noted this and the second order arrived the day after the awb was entered in the system.

Colet ff bine ambalat, toate actele în interior, Au oarece probleme cu ridicarea coletelor de către sameday curier. 24 ore i-au trebuit curierului să ridice coletul deși awb-ul era în sistem și l-au mai ținut încă 24 de ore la ei în depozit până sa livreze. Am sesizat acest lucru și a doua comandă a ajuns a doua zi de la înregistrarea awb-ului în sistem. Recomand!
