Coldrex Junior Hotrem, 10 sachets, Perrigo

Coldrex Junior Hotrem is a cold and flu medicine that contains three active substances:

• Paracetamol: relieves pain and reduces body temperature in conditions of fever
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride: A sympathomimetic decongestant that unclogs your nose and sinuses helping you breathe easier
• Ascorbic acid (vitamin C): is a common substance included in medicines recommended for colds and flu; helps replace vitamin C losses from colds and flu.

Coldrex Junior Hotrem provides your child with quick and effective relief of cold and flu symptoms including fever, chills, stuffy nose, headache, tingling in limbs, sore throat, sinusitis and associated pain.

Composition:

• The active substances are paracetamol, ascorbic acid and phenylephrine hydrochloride
• Each sachet contains paracetamol 300 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 20 mg.

Administration method:

The recommended dose for children aged 6-12 years is:

• Administer one envelope every 4 hours
• Do not administer more than 6 sachets in 24 hours
• Do not administer to children under 6 years of age.
• If symptoms persist after 2-3 days of use, seek medical advice
• Empty the contents of one envelope into a cup. Fill halfway (about 125ml) with hot water
• Mix well
• Add cold water as needed and sugar or honey as needed.

If you have given your child more Coldrex Junior Hotrem than they should:

• Contact your doctor immediately and tell him exactly what dose you gave your child. Your doctor will tell you what to do.

If you forget to give your child a dose:

• Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
