Use

Dilute 4 ml of the preparation in 200 ml of soft water (preferably without chlorine). 1x a day for a long period of 2-3 months. An increased dose, i.e. taking it 2-3 times a day, is suitable for the increased demands of the body. The preparation is best administered in the morning on an empty stomach, or with increased use also at lunch, 0.5 hours before the meal. In the evening 1.5 hours before going to bed.
