DAOSIN tablets are a nutritional supplement containing the enzyme DiAmionOxidase (DAO). DAOSIN tablets supplement the DAO enzyme, which occurs naturally in the human body. The DAO enzyme helps metabolize histamine taken in food. The product contains protein extract of animal origin without histamine (rich in natural DiAminoxidase).

How do DAOSIN tablets work?

Taking a DAOSIN dietary supplement tablet before a meal will increase the level of DAO enzyme in the gut, thus helping the natural breakdown of histamine through the natural activity of the DAO enzyme. Histamine taken in food can thus be sufficiently broken down in the digestive tract.

How to take DAOSIN tablets correctly

Take one tablet 15 minutes before a meal containing histamine with water. (It is necessary to take DAOSiN® tablets before meals - the tablet should already be dissolved and the DAO enzyme contained in it activated until the food containing histamine reaches the intestine). The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets (the equivalent of three meals containing histamine per day). The tablet should not be chewed before swallowing, it should be swallowed whole to allow the passage through the stomach and the active substance to reach the intestine. If you regularly take medications, ask your doctor or pharmacist if any of their active ingredients may lead to reduced breakdown of histamine received from food.

Important notices

Alcohol and some drugs can significantly suppress the activity of the DAO enzyme. Not suitable for vegetarians (of animal origin). Does not contain gelatin, histamine, lactose, fructose, gluten or artificial colors.
