1 g of medicinal powder contains 1 g of alkaline bismuth gallate ( Bismuthi subgallas ).
Basic bismuth gallate, like other bismuth salts, is characterized by astringent, anti-inflammatory, anti-purulent, drying, anti-acne and exfoliating properties. In addition, it also has antibacterial properties due to its denaturing effect on structural and enzymatic proteins.
Dermatol Aflofarm medicinal powder 2 gx 1 sachet is perfect for treating herpes, wet pimples, wounds, burns, seborrheic dermatitis, abrasions, as well as bedsores and acne.
