DiaB12 is a dietary supplement containing vitamin B12 and folic acid intended to supplement vitamin B12 and folic acid in people taking metformin. Cyanocobalamin is a compound known as vitamin B12. It occurs in the bodies of animals, where it is synthesized only by bacteria. The basic source of this vitamin is animal products. Folacin (folates) is a group of water-soluble heterocyclic compounds. The active form of folic acid is folic acid, which is formed from folate, i.e. the salt of folic acid, under the influence of vitamin C. Source of vitamin B12 and folic acid.
