In this combination, roinita helps to optimal relaxation and mental and psychological well-being, and lemon verbena supports the body's physiological resistance in case of stressful conditions.
Way of ussage:
- Drink 2-3 cups of tea a day, between meals.
- The duration of a course is 2 months.
- The cure can be repeated after a break of one month, or as needed.
- Preparation: pour 200 ml of boiling water over an envelope and leave covered for 10-15 minutes.
Ingredients:
Lemon balm (Melissae herba), lemon verbena leaves (Lippiae citriodorae folium), fenugreek seeds (Trigonellae foenugraeci semen), basil (Basilici herba), sage (Salviae sclareae herba), passionflower (Passiflorae herba), lavender flowers (Lavandulae flos ), winewort (Asperulae odoratae herba), California poppy (Eschscholziae herba).
Precautions:
It is not indicated for children under 6 years of age and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients. This tea is not recommended for pregnant women. Nursing mothers can drink 2 cups a day.
