dmBio's vegan rye yeast dough extract gives home-baked bread its classic sour taste. One package of organic rye yeast extract is enough for one kilogram of flour.

Method of preparation: For the preparation of bread with the typical sour taste of rye dough. Simply add the yeast - and the baking powder. Mix one packet of dmBio sourdough rye extract with 1 kg of flour, two packets of dmBio depanification yeast and a little salt. Then add 750 ml of warm water and knead well. Cover and put in a warm place for two hours. Then it is kneaded well again, put in a greased form and put in a cold oven. Bake at 200 degrees for about 80 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack. Warnings:
