Description
Psyllium is a soluble fiber obtained from the hulls of plantain seeds (Plantago ovata). Psyllium increases its volume in the digestive tract up to 40 times. The gel that is created in this way absorbs excess fluid and, by simply swelling, removes harmful waste from the tract.
Active ingredients:
- Psyllium supports the normal functioning of the digestive tract and intestines
- Milk thistle contributes to normal digestion and liver function
- Aloe vera supports cleansing, detoxification and the immune system
- Dandelion contributes to normal digestion and acts as a prebiotic, i.e. food for healthy intestinal microflora
- Probiotic yeasts become part of the intestinal microbiome
Dosage and method of use:
- The recommended dose is 2 capsules twice a day
- Drink at least 250 ml of water well
- The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules
Notice:
- Not intended for children under 6 years, pregnant and lactating women
- Psyllium should be taken at least 1 hour apart from other medications and dietary supplements
Composition
Psyllium Plantago ovata (cleaned psyllium seed pods, best quality), chicory inulin, probiotic yeast Saccharomyces Boulardii, cinnamon, sour cream, thistle and Aloe Vera extracts, capsule cap - edible gelatin. One capsule contains 607 mg of Psyllium.
