Description
Enterol in the form of capsules is used orally as:
- probiotic to antibiotic (in medicinal form),
- antidiarrheal medicine.
The active substance in Enterol probiotic medicine is the lyophilized yeast Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745 , i.e. living microorganisms that bring health benefits to the host organism. Enterol naturally restores the balance of the intestinal microbiota and helps compensate for its temporary disturbances resulting from the use of antibiotics or diarrhea.
Maintaining the balance of the intestinal microbiota is necessary to ensure important functions of the digestive tract, such as digestion, resistance to infections and strengthening of natural immunity. The balance of the bacterial flora can be disturbed by many factors: the use of certain drugs (especially antibiotics), bacterial and viral infections of the gastrointestinal tract, changes in eating habits. This can cause a number of digestive problems that lead to different types of diarrhea.
