Forte Digest (Intestinal Transit) is a gentle and effective formula that has plant extracts and bran, in an optimal, balanced dosage. They act on the colon, gently stimulating its muscles and thus causing stool and restoring general well-being.

Properties:

• Oat bran is a food extremely rich in fiber that lowers cholesterol levels, protects against heart disease, diabetes, promotes a healthy digestive system, and aids in weight loss.
• Mallow is a natural mucilage, which means it acts like fiber and also increases its volume when it comes into contact with water, facilitating the elimination of stools;
• Prunes are a very important source of insoluble fiber and sorbitol, thanks to which they are known as an effective remedy against constipation. Insoluble fiber facilitates intestinal transit because it retains water and generates a denser and softer stool, therefore easier to evacuate;
• Psyllium husk is natural and comes from a fruit-filled plant called Plantago ovata, which is used worldwide for intestinal transit disorders;
• Figs are an essential source of dietary fiber and help improve digestion, preventing constipation. Their high content of potassium, iron, calcium and vegetable fiber make them ideal for medical purposes, as diuretics and mild laxatives.
• Cumin seeds - the organic compound called cuminaldehyde, the main component of its essential oil contained in cumin seeds, activates the salivary glands in the mouth, responsible for the first phase of food digestion.
• Barley bran is considered the plant with the highest amount of nutrients, bringing a valuable contribution of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Method of administration:
1-3 tablets per day in the evening with a large glass of water (200 ml).
Make sure you drink enough fluids throughout the day (at least 1.5 liters per day).
