THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS
MAIN UROGENITAL THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS:

Adjuvant in the treatment of: bacterial vaginosis, vulvovaginitis, vaginal infections.
It quickly and effectively treats the fungus Candida Albicans, the fungus responsible for many diseases of the genital system.
Restores and balances the vaginal flora in situations such as: antibiotic therapy, hormonal variations, contraceptives, sexually transmitted diseases, immunosuppressive medication, excessive intimate hygiene, changes in immune function.
Eliminates specific symptoms: vulvovaginal itching, pathological vaginal secretions, local inflammation, vulvovaginal burns and irritations, unpleasant vaginal odor, local discomfort.

SECONDARY DIGESTIVE THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS:

Intestinal flora imbalance: diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, Helicobacter pylori infections, skin infections and allergies, reducing the duration of difficult clostridium infections, necrotizing enterocolitis, treatment of constipation, increasing immunity.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

MODE OF ACTION

Multifactorial action: lactic acid, bacteriocins, hydrogen peroxide, cytokines and biosurfactants (important in the defense of the vaginal microflora), modulation of the immune response.
Cell to cell communication, exclusion of pathogens for the vaginal epithelium through competition for receptors and adhesion capacity. L. Rhamnosus can suppress the growth of many pathogens, including streptococci at the urogenital or intestinal level.
Administered orally, it contributes to restoring and maintaining the balance of the intestinal flora through the competition effect and the barrier effect.

UROGENITAL PHYSIOPATHOLOGY

Lactobacillus is the dominant bacterium in a healthy vaginal ecosystem, with a critical role in maintaining and defending the vaginal environment. The acidity of the vaginal environment is the result of the vaginal lactobacilli secreting lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide respectively (toxic for anaerobic bacteria), as well as biosurfactants and proteins that inhibit the adhesion of pathogenic germs and cause their dislocation.
