Mode of use
Silca for internal use - mix 3 drops in 1 dl of water - drink to support digestion, spasms and diseases of the urinary tract. Add 7 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of almost boiling water - inhale for upper respiratory tract infections, frontal sinus inflammation, asthma. For a bath, add 9 drops of essential oil to warm water at 37 °C - for apathy, rheumatism and skin care. Silica diluted in water can be used as skin water - it has disinfecting effects on acne and oily skin.
