Description
The preparation
Boil for 1 hour: 1 teaspoon per 2 dl of boiling water.
Dosage
3 to 5 times a day for 2 dl of drink, max. the dose is 10 dl. When treating urinary tract infections, it is advisable to take one teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate at the same time.
Toxicity (harmfulness): Exceeding the indicated doses is not recommended. Contraindications: The tea is not suitable for pregnant women and people with chronic kidney inflammation.
Composition
St. John's wort and St. John's wort, bear leaf, elderflower (Herba solidaginis gigantea 50%, Folium uvae ursi 20%, Herba leonuri 15%, Flos sambuci 15%).
Active substances from the tea plant
Flavonoids (rutin, hyperoside, kaempferol, rhamnetin), saponins, hydroquinone derivatives (arbutin is hydrolyzed to hydroquinone), bufanolide glycosides, essential oils, triterpenes.
