Dosage

Simply dissolve 1 tablet in 750ml of water or other beverage intra-workout. In case of high environmental temperature or greater fluid losses, increase the dose to 2 tablets in 750 ml of water or intra-workout drink. when dissolved in water, it is characteristic (for a dose of one or two tablets) of a hypotonic drink (osmolality).
